无溶剂液体环氧涂料中不含任何有机溶剂，成膜物质含量接近100％，涂层致密、无针孔、机械强度高、粘接力强，防腐性能优异。因无溶剂液体环氧涂料固体份含量较高，传统的施工机械和技术已不适用，应采用新型的双缸双路喷涂机喷涂，一次性厚涂可达2000微米。
