TiO2含量对压电纤维复合材料性能的影响

  采用粘稠塑性加工方法制备了方形锆钛酸铅压电纤维复合材料,研究了环氧树脂中不同TiO2含量对压电纤维复合材料的电学阻抗、介电性能、抗拉以及驱动应变性能的影响。结果 表明:环氧树脂中TiO2含量不同,压电纤维复合材料的谐振频率略有差别。随着环氧树脂中TiO2含量增多,压电纤维复合材料的电容值增大,但其抗拉强度及纵向自由应变值均表现出先增加后减小的规律。

本文采用溶液共混法,以纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)和纳米碳化硅(nano-SiC)作为增强剂,改性聚乳酸(PLA)制备了PLA基复合材料,并对PLA复合材料的断裂韧性及力学性能进行了研究.实验结果表明,当nano-CaCO3和nano-SiC含量分别为0.5%和1%时,nano-CaCO3/PLA和nano-SiC/PLA复合材料的断裂韧性达到最大值,分别比改性前提高了116%和154%.
