　　The quality of white light emitting diodes (LEDs) must be improved for general illumination.The module lighting is one of the best potential solutions.In this paper,the fluorescent films were produced by phosphors and silicones for LED packaging modules.Furthermore, the high-power white LEDs were fabricated based on these films and 460-nm Ga(In)N modules.The fluorescent films and the fabricated LEDs were characterized in details.And the following conclusions can be obtained: The films are uniformity with high quality from the optical microscopy.
