The science of climate change has paid much attention to the inter-decadal variability and long-term trends of surface air temperature (SAT).Both long-term and homogeneous instrumental SAT data are essential for studying the characteristics of global and regional climate change.Over past decades, the establishment of long-time SAT series has attracted extensive attention worldwide and great progress has been achieved.
