CREB (cAMP response element binding protein), as prototypical stimulus-inducible transcription factor, play an important role in the development, function and plasticity of the nervous system.Our previous studies indicated that Bombyx mori CREB (BmCREB) involved in the diapause induction.To investigate the role of BmCREB, we designed shRNA targeting on BmCREB gene transduction into Bombyx mori embyronic cell lines (BmEm) by pMD 18-T vector.
