Mesoporous solids have been aroused great attention since these orderly arrangement of mesopores have uniform pore sizes, high pore volumes, and specific surface area which have a wide range of potential applications such as photocatalysts.In this work, using different templating agent and Ti(OBun)4 as the inorganic precursor, mesoporous TiO2 thin films had been prepared through sol-gel combined with evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA).The average pore size for the sample calcined at 450-600℃ was around 7.3 to 7.8 nm.
