Studying the Molecular Mechanism about yougui pill treating on Aged Kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome

　　Objective To research the differentially quantitative expressed genes related with immune of aged kidney-yang deficiency (KYD) syndrome and study molecularly target about yougui pill.Methods From the earlier gene expression profile chip, we filtered 28 genes in the differentially expressed genes related with immune. Patients with KYD were choose and treated with yougui pill for 28 days.We estimated the curative effect with KYD Semi quantitative diagnostic standard table and used the RT-PCR to detect the 28 immune related genes' quantitative expression before and after treatment with yougui pill.Results There are 7 genes that have the significant differences in expression between before and after treatment with yougui pill.Conclusion The differentially expressed genes related with immune verified by PCR centre on the effect of KYD to the function of the immune system which possibly prompt the correlation mechanism between aged KYD syndrome and the occurrence of tumors.
