Background China is hepatitis B virus (HBV)infection epidemic area, hepatitis B virus (HBV)is one of the major infectious diseases of public health problem in china ,the prevention and control hepatitis B virus (HBV) should be Strengthen the immune key of long time.At present, there are 20,000,000 patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) in China.hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection of Children mainly occurred in the perinatal and early postnatal [3].intrauterine infection is one of the important reasons leading to Chinas HBsAg chronic carriers, and mother to child transmission is an important way to HBV intrauterine transmission.Hepatitis B virus (HBV) intrauterine transmission rate around the discrepancy in HBsAg positive pregnant women, newborn femoral vein blood of HBsAg positive index, HBV intrauterine transmission rate is 5% ~ 15%.Purpose To investigated the relationship between Toll-like receptors 3(TLR3) was associated with immune cells and HBV intrauterine transmission of newborns who had HBsAg positive mothers.we understand the immune status of HBV intrauterine transmission of newborn whose mothers were HBsAg positive.
