Objective:To evaluate the using of B-Twin in lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion operations.Methods:5 patients,with a total of 7 spaces,inplanted B-Twin during posterior microendoscopic discectomy,3 month follow-up after the operation.Results:After the operation B-Twin got a good spine fusion and we didnt see any loosening or slippage.no narrowing of the intervertebral space,and also no invagination of the cage.All symptoms caused by the the protrusion of lumbar irtervertebral disc disappeared and the function of nerve recovered.
