九龙江口红树林春季地表藻类覆盖对温室气体通量的影响

  底栖硅藻是红树林的一个重要组份,尤其在冬春季可能成片覆盖红树林地表,其优势属为Nitzschia,Coscinodiscus和Gyrosigma.本研究采用静态气闭箱法,测定春季九龙江口红树林和光滩地表-大气界面3种温室气体CO2、CH4和N2O的通量,以检验底栖藻类是否对温室气体通量产生影响.结果表明,林内和光滩地表藻类的覆盖对CH4和N2O通量没有显著影响;藻类覆盖对CO2通量的影响与光照有关.在暗箱测定时,藻类覆盖对CO2通量无显著作用;而在明箱测定时,有藻覆盖的地表CO2通量显著低于无藻覆盖的地表,且表现为负通量.本研究中,无藻覆盖时林内和光滩地表的CO2通量均为正值(即表现为从土壤向大气排放CO2的效应),分别为9.24和10.13 mmol m-2 d-1;当有藻类覆盖时,藻类对CO2的吸收量则分别达到14.53和26.27 mmol m-2 d-1.强于地表CO2的释放量,说明土壤表层藻类作用可使红树林土壤由CO2排放源转变为汇.
