  Thin film transistors(TFTs)are the most basic building blocks to fabricate backplanes for displays,logic circuits,biologic and chemical sensors and artificial electronic skin.Semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes(sc-SWCNTs)are regarded as an ideal channel material to fabricate printed TFTs due to its high carrier mobility,solubility,and high chemical and physical stability.
