Background Septic shock is a systemic, deleterious host response to infection, characterized by hypotension not reversed by the sole use of fluids, needing vasopressors infusion.Patients are usually admitted in Intensive Care Unit, requiring ventilatory assistance and sedation.A little is known about the effects of sedatives on hemodynamic in this pathological condition.

目的 探讨老年感染性休克患者经EGDT后病理生理学指标、血流动力学和EVLW的变化,以及EVLW对老年感染性休克患者30天死亡的预测价值.方法 回顾分析68例老年感染性休克患者.按患者30天预后分为存活组(n=41)和死亡组(n=27).所有患者均进行EGDT.应用PICCO技术监测病理生理学、血流动力学和EVLW数据.比较两组各参数间、治疗中各参数持续变化,及各参数对患者30天死亡的预测价值.
