Ziegler Natta catalyst is widely used in the field of polyolefin.In this work,porous polystyrene microspheres were prepared by two step swelling method.The polymerization of isoprene was catalyzed by the cyano functionalization of microspheres and supported TiCl4 by chemical bond bonding.The porous structure of polystyrene microspheres and the flexibility of polymer carrier make this catalyst a novel catalytic property for isoprene polymerization.The influence of different conditions on catalytic behavior was studied by adjusting the temperature of polymerization and the ratio of Al/Ti.The result showed that confined space made some influence on the polymerization of isoprene which microstructure trans-1,4 content of the resulting polymer can reach 93.7%.
