With the development of molecular biology, transgenic technology is increasingly widespread application in agriculture.People integrate foreign genes into the genome of crops in order to obtain excellent heritable traits.They pay more attention to the safety of the foreign genes expression in host cells for humans, but the influence of cell metabolism of the host is less research when the foreign genes are inserted.
