　　Potato virus Y (PVY) (genus Potyvirus) is the most economically damaging in Solanaceous plants including potato, tobacco and pepper.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) has been widely used for detection of PVY.Mab1128,Mab1129 and Mab1130 were three of widely used commercial monoclonal antibodies to distinguish different PVY strains.
