Nano composite assembled from graphene and photonic crystal

  Construction of graphene-based composite system is an effective approach for the expansion and enhancement of application of graphene.Photonic crystal presents unique optical properties and functionality.[1] In this article,we introduce a layered heterostructure composition material based on graphere and two-dimensional photonic crystal prepared by an air/water interface self-assembly method. [2] The composition materials were characterized with SEM, Laman spectra and Debye diffraction ring. The results indicate that two-dimensional photonic crystal are highly ordered structure, and monolayer of graphere and two-dimensional photonic crystal bonded tightly.
