The main problems to treat advanced tumors using immunotherapy are: 1-a large tumor mass is originated in a single stem cell that mutate along the time given different phenotypic expressions in a single large tumor mass.2-Tumor stem cells are chemo, radio, and hormone resistant and a set of tumor antigens different to the most differentiated tumor cells.3-Epigenetic factors may modify the antigen expression of the differentiated forms following the treatment with different therapies (tumor editing by chemo, radio, and immunotherapy).4-Large tumor masses induce a strong local and systemic anti inflammatory conditions which difficult or avoids the immune attack.The three first problems could be faced successfully with the use of an autologous fusion cell vaccine resultant of the hybridization of patients tumor stem cells with autologous activated B cells (TBH).
