INER began their radiopharmaceuticals research for brain CNS imaging diagnosis about 20 years ago.During these years they already had radiotracers targeting to Alzheimers disease, Parkinsons disease, depression and drug abuse...etc.INER also used their developed imaging chemicals to establishment an imaging platform.This platform now is servicing for drug discovery and development in Taiwan.In the development of imaging CNS disorders radiopharmaceuticals, they development and commercialized the Tc-99m-TRODAT-1 for dopamine transfer molecular imaging.They also developed the I-123-IBZM and I-123-Epedepride for the Dopamine D2 receptors.INER also had finished IND phase 3 clinical trials for I-123-IBZM and consider the NDA applying.To the serotonin depression system, INER developed I-123-ADAM radiopharmaceuticals for serotonin transfer imaging.It is now under the IND phase 2 clinical trials.They recently developed the F-18-FDDNP for β-plaque imaging drug of Alzheimers disease.In addition to these drugs they also tried I-123-MIPP for norepinephrine system.INER will continue their brain CNS radiopharmaceuticals research.They have developed some international cooperation and will like to continue and broaden their relationship all over the world.
