　　Taxanes (Docetaxel, Larotaxel, Ortataxel, Paclitaxel, Tesetaxel) are widely used cytotoxic agents for a range of solid tumor malignancies.Both docetaxel (Doc) and paclitaxel (Pac) are routinely used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Taxanes are unique in stabilizing spindles and suppressing spindle microtubule dynamics, thus blocking cell cycle progression in the G2/M phase.The unique feature renders dual functions against cancer: cytotoxic effect and radiosensitizing effect.Cytotoxic effects derive from apoptosis through aberrant mitosis, while radiosensitizing effects derive from G2/M cell cycle arrest, the most radiosensitive phase of the cell cycle.

目的：探讨化痰活血法治疗心脏神经官能症的疗效。方法：将患者随机按2：1分为两组，治疗组80例给予化痰活血方药，对照组给予倍他乐克、舒乐安定片等西药，共治疗30天。结果：治疗组治愈65例，好转11例，总有效率95.00％;对照组治愈20例，好转8例，总有效率70.00％。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：化痰活血法治疗心脏神经官能症疗效显著。
