We mainly study the full counting statistics of the Anderson model of electron tunneling through coupled quantum dot with non-equilibrium Green function technique.The analytic expressions of the current and zero-frequency shot noise are obtained within Hatree-Fock approximation.Compared to the single quantum dot system, we discover the interdot Coulomb interaction can significantly magnify the coherence effect on the enhancement of zero-frequency shot noise and hence of Fano factor.And the parameter window of Fano factor greater than 1 is found not only at large bias voltages, which has been discussed much previously based on quantum master equation technique, but also in a relatively small bias region.
