当英国曼彻斯顿大学安德烈海姆和康斯坦丁诺沃肖洛夫用胶带成功制备二维石墨烯而获得诺贝尔物理学奖这一爆炸性新闻播出后,因其独特的电子结构及其电学特性,引发了国内外科研工作者对片层结构材料的研究热潮.此后,BN片,AlN片,硅烯,锗烯等片层材料在实验上相继制备.然而我们发现所有这些片层结构有些是平面的如:石墨片,BN片,AlN片等.而有些则是倒扣的如:硅烯和锗烯等.特别有趣的是实验上[1]发现两层的ZnO片长在Ag (111)表面,用扫描隧道显微镜观测到Zn原子和0原子在同一个平面上.
