Aim:Lactoferrin (Lf),a mammalian cationic iron-binding glycoprotein belonging to the transferrin(Tf) family,has been widely used in a number of areas from infant diarrhea and support for newborn growth to food and pharmaceutical applications.In this study,lactoferrin nanoparticles were used as carrier of gambogic acid (GA) to increased its solubility,oral absorption time and hence reduce its side effects.
