　　Combining metal nanoparticles and semiconductor in nanoscale to form heterostructure is a powerful strategy for achieving advanced multiple functional materials.Herein,a galvanic replacement principle has been exploited to selectively fabricate 3D heterostructured M/ZnO(M =Cu,Cd,Co,Ag)nanomaterial on zinc substrate,establishing a general strategy for this kind of arrays.
