　　Cell blebs are cellular membrane protrusions that appear and disappear on a timescale of minutes, which result from the detachment of the cell membrane from the actin cortex.Blebs, whose formation and expansion can be driven by intracellular pressure, expand with increasing tension, and its growth reduces pressure significantly.
