　　Owing to the great importance of hexanal and heptanal from human blood in many diseases,they have attracted increased attention as cancer biomarkers for some ailments in recent years.In this paper, we developed an ultrasound-assisted headspace liquid-phase microextraction with in-drop simultaneous derivatization for the extraction and determination of hexanal and heptanal in human blood.
