  Expanded bed adsorption (EBA) is an integrated technology for capturing target biomolecules directly from particle-containing feedstock.Since 1990s, several generations of EBA adsorbents have been developed commercially.Some research groups also reported new systems, such as agarose-Nd-Fe-B alloy, cellulose-titanium oxide, cellu lose-stainless steel, cellulose-tungsten carbide, etc.
