　　Cell culture titers up to 5 g/L are becoming common for the production of monoclonal antibodies (MAb).This enables production of anticipated product demand with existing manufacturing facilities at reduced cost.Purification of MAbs from high titer cell cultures in facilities originally designed for much lower titers require development of new high capacity resins.
