本文介绍采用Cranfield试验法和Z向热模拟试件缺口三点弯曲试验法对15MnVNq钢层状撕裂进行了研究,提出了避免层状撕裂的工艺措施。并认为在含氢条件下,接头过热区较其它区域更有利于层状撕裂的扩展。
In this paper, the layered tearing of 15MnVNq steel was studied by Cranfield test method and notch three point bending test of Z-shaped thermal simulation specimen, and the technological measures to avoid laminar tearing were proposed. It is considered that overheated joints are more conducive to the propagation of lamellar tearing under hydrogen-containing conditions than other regions.
