Efferent signals from the nervous system are critical in regulating the physiology of white adipose tissues,malfunction of which contributes significantly to obesity,type 2 diabetes and other metabolic disorders.Studying the underlying mechanism of the neural control of WAT homeostasis is of great importance for understanding the physiopathology of metabolic dysfunctions.
