化学-生物耦合反应在化工生产中具有重要的应用。虽然酶催化和贵金属多相催化相耦合，理论上可以催化种类丰富的化工反应过程，但是贵金属多相催化苛刻的条件非常容易造成酶失活，制约了化学-生物耦合催化反应的发展[1]。
