　　More than 400 Micromonospora-like strains were isolated using the selective isolation method from the soil samples collected from Mountain Lu located in Southeast of China.After comparing the morphological characteristics,from which 40 strains (108A-00173,etc.) were selected.Antimicrobial activities and enzyme-based screening results indicated that 9 of them have the capacity to produce bioactive secondary metabolites.
