Effects of LOHENGRINTM Luo Han Guo Juice Concentrate (SE) and Luo Han Guo Mogrosides (SM) on the metabolism of lipids were studied in vivo.The hyperlipidemia models of ICR mice were established by feeding high-fat diet,and the contents of the total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides(TG) and HDL-cholesterol in mice serum were determined after 60 days.It was demonstrated from this study that in SE and SM groups the contents of TC were 98.14mg/dl and 86.07mg/dl,decreased by 17.3% and 27.5%,TG contents were 153.54mg/dl and 118.98mg/dl,decreased by 28.4% and 44.5%,and HDL-C contents were 73.89mg/dl and 70.01mg/dl,increased by 34.4% and 27.3 %,compared with the hyperlipidemia model group,respectively.
