基于改进平衡树的点云去噪技术研究

从大规模高维点云数据中去除噪声,可保证三维重建的质量.常用的三维激光扫描点云数据的空间索引方法有规则格网、八叉树、平衡树等。本文改进了传统平衡树的数据结构,三维点云数据由改进的基于密度的平衡树进行组织,每个叶子节点含若干个相邻的点云数据.文中提出的去噪算法包含去掉噪声叶子节点和去掉叶子节点内的噪声两部分.基于叶子节点密度与邻域密度的差异程度,去除噪声叶子;基于叶子中各点数据与邻域均值的差异,去除叶子中的噪声.该方法应用于大规模点云数据去噪,在保证点云的边缘、角点和形态没有损失的前提下,能够去除绝大部分噪声,效果良好.
