It is an important task for current university to improve the learning quality and the comprehensive quality of college students.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the relation between students self-efficacy,learning strategies and learning quality.In this paper, 228 students of one economic university in grade2-3 are regarded as research objects, the relationship between their self-efficacy, self-learning strategy and leaming quality is investigated by the questionnaire survey.The results show that: (1) there are significant gender differences in self-efficacy and self-leaming strategies, the performance of girls was significantly higher than those of boys; (2) the quality of learning students and self-efficacy, learning strategies are significantly positively correlated; (3) efficacy ability and behavioral performance in self-leaming strategies direct and indirect influence learning quality through the shallow, deep strategy and behavioral strategies.
