Objective:To investigate the effect of a specific inhibitor of Rho-associated protein kinase (ROCK),Y-27632,on bovine corneal endothelial cells (B-CECs) with spherical culture.The primary experiment of injection of B-CEC spheroids with Y-27632 into rabbit anterior chamber for CEC transplantation was explored.Methods:Primary B-CECs were isolated from comeal tissue and B-CEC spheroids were cultured by shaking culture in low attachment condition.
