扫描电镜作为一种常规的表征方法,在材料科学、生命科学、化学、物理学等多个领域正发挥越来越重要的作用.随着技术的发展,各电镜厂家也在不断推出性能越来越优异的扫描电镜.然而,针对扫描电镜的使用一直存在一些问题,如何才能充分发挥不同扫描电镜的性能,如何获得真正高质量的电镜图片一直是大家关心的问题.
