Heat produced from the electrochemical reaction in fuel cell is worth to notice especially in HTPEMFC.In this study,a 70-100w high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell (HT-PEMFC) stack is demonstration and the micro sensor is used to integrate with HT-PEMFC stack for in-suit measurement. The result shows when the stack operate at low and high current load, the heat generation from the fuel cell makes the cell temperature changed obviously, especially in the mid cells. In the mid cell of stack, the temperature will exceed the operate temperature (160 ℃) for 10-30 ℃ when rising the current load.
