Company liquidation refers to the legal behaviors by which a company is brought to an end, and the assets and property of the company redistributed.Each unsettled issues should be dealt with and all the legal relationships of the company should be ended in the end, with the legal personality to be eliminated.The company liquidation can be divided into the non-bankruptcy liquidation and the bankruptcy liquidation.The differences of the non-bankruptcy liquidation and the bankruptcy liquidation lie in the reasons for liquidation, the applicants, the liquidation standardizations and debts liquidation subsequence and so on.During the process of the succession of Company non-bankruptcy liquidation to bankruptcy liquidation, the liquidating group should stand for the company and file a petition in bankruptcy to the court within six months of liquidation period.Upon the acceptance of the bankruptcy application, the court still needs to make a judgment on the acceptance of the bankruptcy according to laws.In addition, it needs to further inform and notice the creditors to make credit declarations again.In the compulsory liquidation procedures, overdue declaration and undeclared credits can make declarations again and become the bankruptcy credit due to the starting of the bankruptcy liquidation procedures.In the compulsory liquidation procedures, the manager appointed by the court can continue to be the manager of the bankruptcy liquidation procedures.The bankruptcy entrance fees for the case should deliver according to the standards stipulated by "Measures on the Payment of Litigation Costs", after the determination of the total amount of the bankrupt property.
