　　As a scientific tool to study complex gaint system,architecture can hold systematic consistency,science and feasibility at the top-level,and have guidance functions to development,design,realizing of military information system(MIS).The paper concepts the MIS AF(Architecture Framework),and describes seven viewpoint function,and researches the main step of MIS architecture design,and then explore the important problem about design of architecture.
