The purpose of this paper is to present a case of sinonasal carcinoma in the sphenoid sinus that extends into the nasopharynx.Sinonasal carcinomas are unusual and make up less then 3% of the tumors found in upper respiratory tract.There is a male predominance and they peak in the fifth to sixth decade.
