　　Many human cancers develop by following many different pathways.These cancers include lung cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, skin cancer, cutaneous melanoma, and renal cancer (adult kidney cancer).In this talk, we will illustrate how to develop stochastic models of carcinogenesis involving multiple pathways.We will use colon cancer as an examole to illustrate the procedures and methods.
