Vegetable production industry has been facing intense challenges due to the increasing demands on food quality and safety by consumers.Regarding to the needs for fertilizer-water management, pest and disease control, and product quality and safety management traceability in vegetable production, this study developed an informatization management system platform for vegetable fertilizer-water regulation based on bio-environmental information analysis, and established a vegetable safety green control technique.Because of the unbalanced soil nitrogen distribution and different crops absorption characteristics, we studied the regulation characteristics of vegetable crops and production modes on nitrogen absorption, transport, and metabolism mechanism, coupling effect between water supply and nitrogen nutrition, and vegetable growth.We established fertilizer-water critical control point based on vegetable water transport and nitrogen transformation model.A vegetable fertilizer-water management software was developed for hand-held devices by applying RFID and wireless network technologies.The vegetable safety green control technique integrated light induction, color induction, seduction, insect-proof screen,and biological pesticide as "3+1+1" strategy to precisely forecast insect disease.We developed a pesticide residues rapid detection device and a cloud management system, and established an internet-based pesticide residues monitoring system for vegetable production quality and safety online monitoring, real-time data transmission, and statistical analysis.Aiming at the informatization management of production environment and crop information analysis and decision making, fertilizer-water regulation, and green control, we established vegetable quality analysis and critical control point (QACCP) management techniques, and developed quality and safety management systems for vegetable seedling and production based on quality analysis and critical control point.These techniques and systems was successfully demonstrated in several vegetable production plants, and created vegetable quality and safety digitalization and informatization management model for the entire vegetable production.
