During electrolytic copper powder process, lots of electric quantities were consumed by hydrogen evolution reaction, which would lead to low current efficiency [1].In addition, in order to reduce the size of copper powders, it is the best method to increase current density, but increase of current density would reduce further current efficiency.The size and current efficiency, the most important criterions for preparation of copper powders,are mutual restriction during electrolytic process.
