Observation of correlation between diabetic nephropathy and retinopathy

　　Objective:To observe correlation between the diabetic nephropathy (DN) and diabetes retinopathy (DR).Methods: 190 cases with type 2 diabetes from January 2007 to December 2014 were selected and divided into DN0 group (without albuminuria group), DN1 group (trace albuminuria group) and DN2 group (clinical proteinuria group) by the urinary protein excretion rate of diabetes patients.Retinal changes of different groups were compared and the correlation was analyzed.
