The effects of TiO2 additives on densification,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of CaSiO3 materials have been investigated.The microstructure of CaSiO3 doped with TiO2 was analyzed using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and microwave dielectric measurement.The pure CaSiO3 ceramics sintered at 1360℃ exhibited microwave dielectric properties: a dielectric constant εr value of 6.9,a quality factor Q×f value of 26,611 GHz,and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency τf value of-27.5ppm/℃.
