High density polyethylene(HDPE)composites filled with BaO–Nd2O3–TiO2(BaNdTi)ceramic were prepared by extrusion processing technique. The HDPE is used as the matrix and the loading fraction of BaNdTi in the composite varied up to 0.4 volume. The dielectric response of the composites was investigated,40 vol%ceramic loaded HDPE has relative permittivity of 10 and loss tangent of 0.7‰ at 7 GHz.The experimentally observed dielectric properties were compared with theoretical models.
