Tubular structures of oxides in nanometer scale have attracted much attention as one of the most promising one-dimensional(1-D)materials for energy-related applications.Several different fabricating methods of nanotubes(NTs)have been proposed.Most popular one is to anodize Ti metals for the synthesis of tubular nanostructures,but often did not show enough crystalline quality,and thus insufficient transport properties.
