The last two decades have witnessed great progress in the study of dynamical systems involving elements described by fractional-order derivatives, and it is found that fractional-order derivative and fractional-order integral are frequently adequate to the study of so-called "anomalous" social and physical behaviors, in reflecting the non-local, frequency-and history-dependent properties of these phenomena [1,2].From the viewpoint of applications, however, great effort has to be paid before the related results become acceptable by the commons.Even for linear fractional dynamical systems, their solutions are usually expressed in terms of Mittag-Leffier functions [3], which are not easy understandable because in general they can not be described by elementary functions.
