目的：评价圆锥角膜患者配戴硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGP)后眼表泪液膜稳定性变化及临床疗效.方法：回顾性分析我院眼表疾病专科门诊确诊为圆锥角膜,佩戴角膜接触镜RGP治疗,有完整随访资料患者22例39只眼.参照rabinowitz的诊断标准,将这些患者根据临床检查分为轻度、重度、重度.分析配戴前及配戴后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月泪液膜破裂时间,角膜荧光素染色；配戴后1年角膜地形图、矫正视力、屈光度、角膜曲率、角膜散光的改变.结果：戴镜前及戴镜后1月、3月、6月及12月,泪膜破裂时间比较,采用单因素方差分析(经Levene检验各总体方差齐,P=0.432＞0.05,F=0.811,)说明各戴镜后不同时间点泪膜破裂时间比较无明显差异；角膜荧光素染色无明显改变；佩戴角膜接触镜后1年角膜曲率明显较戴镜前变小,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001),屈光度检查有统计学意义(P＜0.001),提示戴镜后视力显著改善.
