China is a very big country in protected horticulture production.The total area for protected horticulture was 2.888 million ha in 2006 including protected vegetable cultivation 2.79 million ha,protected melons and watermelons 603,000 ha and protected fruit trees etc.The Solar lean-to greenhouse can be used to grow tomato,cucumber and other fruit vegetable between 32°-43° north latitude in China without heating systems.Nowadays the vegetable can be produced in the winter season and People can get different vegetables from market all year round.
